DNA Amino-Acid Weight Calculations
Complete 5-by-4 amino-acid pattern | Reproducible arrangement test | Related video
This is the final requirement in the current total of 290 documented requirements. The 20 disclosed molecular weights total 2738.000. In the arrangement displayed on 20amino.htm, four complementary partitions produce the coordinated 37/73 relationships calculated below. The total and eight partition results are preserved together, but they are not counted as nine independent requirements.
In addition to meeting every other published requirement, the challenger must produce a comparable result using the secular control pair 25 and 52 in place of 37 and 73. The same 20 disclosed weights, 5-by-4 table, and partition rules must be used, and the arrangement must satisfy the complete 25/52 control-ending pattern defined in amino.java. This is one composite requirement; all three approved judges must unanimously determine equivalence under these published rules.

These are the rounded values used in the original presentation. They are reproduced exactly so the calculations and Java experiment can be repeated.

Live verification of the nine displayed calculations
The script on this page stores the values as exact integer thousandths. This avoids floating-point truncation and correctly compares the blue-cell total with its intended formula.

Reproducible random-arrangement test
The revised amino.java uses the same exact values, an unbiased Fisher–Yates shuffle, and a fixed seed. With 1,000,000 trials and seed 20260805, it found zero additional complete 37/73 matches and zero complete 25/52 control matches. The displayed original arrangement passes the complete 37/73 test.

This is an empirical result from one million reproducible trials, not an exact probability and not a calculation obtained by dividing by 20!.
Genesis 1:1 numerical context
2738 = 2701 + 37 = 37 × 73 + 37 = 2 × 37 × 37. In the traditional Hebrew gematria calculation, Genesis 1:1 totals 2701. That number is the 73rd triangular number and can be partitioned as 3 × 666 + 703, where 703 is the 37th triangular number. These are the Genesis 1:1 connections used in the formal composite display.
Supplementary observations—not additional requirements
The earlier page also listed the following observations from a secondary Christian-evidence article. They are retained for historical context but are not counted as separate requirements here. Several depend on particular chemical definitions, isotope conventions, or classifications and should be independently verified before being presented as scientific evidence.
- The listed total molecular mass is 2738 = 37 × 74.
- The shared molecular core was reported as having mass 74 = 37 × 2.
- The sum of the atomic numbers of the different atoms in DNA was reported as 37.
- Nineteen amino-acid side chains were reported as having 73 nucleons.
- Proline was reported as the exception with 74 nucleons.
- Human mitochondrial DNA is commonly described as containing 37 genes.
- A group of 28 codons was reported with total atomic mass 1665 and combined side-chain mass 703.
Historical secondary source: Genesis 1:1—Evidence for God. The list is presented as attributed material for critique and educational discussion, not as seven independently audited findings.
Separate historical observation
The earlier page linked an observation about adjacent subsets of electrons divisible by 18. It may be viewed at amino18.htm, but it is not part of the one formal amino-acid requirement on this page.
