UNILATERAL CHALLENGE AGREEMENT AND CONDITIONAL REWARD OFFER (“The Genesis 1:1 Pattern Disproof Challenge”) 1. PARTIES AND OFFER This Unilateral Challenge Agreement (“Agreement”) is issued by Alvin Reed (“Offeror”). Any natural person or legal entity (“Claimant”) may accept this Agreement solely by full performance, as defined herein. No partial performance, attempted performance, or substantial performance shall constitute acceptance. 2. PURPOSE AND THEORY AT ISSUE The purpose of this Agreement is to establish a formal, objective, and legally enforceable challenge to disprove a mathematical and statistical theory known as “The Theory of Biblical Patterns”, specifically as it applies to Genesis 1:1. The theory asserts that Genesis 1:1 contains 621 interlocking, statistically independent, low-probability mathematical, linguistic, numeric, and structural patterns, the aggregate probability of which far exceeds what could reasonably occur by chance. 3. DEFINITIONS 3.1 “Genesis 1:1” The first verse of the Book of Genesis in the Hebrew Masoretic Text. 3.2 “Pattern” A quantifiable, rule-based, independently verifiable mathematical, numeric, linguistic, or structural property satisfying all of the following: Defined prior to evaluation Deterministic in calculation Produces a specific numeric or logical outcome Has a calculable probability of occurrence 3.3 “The 621 Patterns” All patterns documented at http://www.thetheoryofbiblicalpatterns.com , as they existed on June 14, 2022, including but not limited to: The first 100 primary patterns An additional 521 secondary and tertiary patterns All sidebar-documented patterns 3.4 “Primary Patterns” The first 100 patterns attributed to Genesis 1:1, each representing a distinct category of pattern. 3.5 “God’s Prime Digits and Pairs” Prime digits: 3 and 7 Prime digit pairs: 37 and 73 3.6 “Secular Prime Digits and Pairs” Prime digits: 2 and 5 Prime digit pairs: 25 and 52 3.7 “Published Book” A book: Published prior to January 1, 2025 Publicly available in print Authored independently of Genesis 1:1 Recognized as a legitimate literary work 4. CONDITION OF ACCEPTANCE (BURDEN OF PROOF) To accept this challenge and earn the reward, the Claimant must fully satisfy every condition below using the same methodology applied to Genesis 1:1. Failure of any single condition voids the claim. 5. CORE DISPROOF REQUIREMENT The Claimant must identify one hundred (100) separate books, each meeting all of the following criteria: 5.1 Sentence Requirement Each book must contain: A first sentence written in English or Hebrew That clearly articulates an origin-of-the-universe narrative That is not derivative of Genesis 1:1 (i.e., not letter-value equivalent) 5.2 Pattern Equivalency Requirement Each first sentence must independently exhibit: All 100 primary pattern categories found in Genesis 1:1 All 521 additional documented patterns Identical quantity and quality of patterns Statistically equal or lower probability of chance occurrence 5.3 Prime Digit Restriction All patterns must be generated using: Secular prime digits (2, 5) Secular prime digit pairs (25, 52) Use of: God’s prime digits (3, 7) or God’s prime pairs (37, 73) is strictly prohibited. 6. PROBABILITY THRESHOLDS Each sentence must demonstrate: Aggregate probability of chance occurrence less than 1 in 10^579 At least one independent pattern with probability less than 1 in 153 quindecillion Overall probability demonstrably lower than that of Genesis 1:1 7. ADDITIONAL REQUIRED CATEGORIES (NON-EXHAUSTIVE) Each sentence must also satisfy all of the following categories using secular prime digits and pairs: Mathematical constants (π, e, φ) to specified precision Letter-value and positional symmetry Word-product and letter-product constraints DNA sequence correspondences Chromosomal distribution requirements Prime divisibility dominance tests Mission-statement coherence within the same book Scientific constant derivations Mandelbrot-equivalent infinite-precision structure Independent verification using only pre-modern tools (All sub-conditions enumerated in the source document are incorporated herein by reference.) 8. SCIENTIFIC DISPROOF REQUIREMENTS The Claimant must additionally: Disprove fine-tuning of the universe as non-coincidental Disprove the necessity of a first cause Provide a naturalistic explanation for: Life Consciousness Mathematical constants DNA information density Provide laboratory-verifiable evidence of abiogenesis under non-fine-tuned conditions 9. AFFIDAVIT REQUIREMENT The Claimant must provide a certified affidavit from Dr. Hugh Ross stating either: That none of his cited scientific proofs exist in the Bible, or That all such proofs exist equivalently in the Claimant’s selected book Without this affidavit, the claim automatically fails. 10. DNA AND LIFE-FORM REQUIREMENTS The Claimant must: Construct a life form from non-living matter Demonstrate amino acid weight equivalence using secular prime digit pairs Prove evolution into advanced mathematical intelligence Demonstrate consciousness without invoking non-material causes 11. FINALITY AND EXHAUSTION CLAUSE The theory shall not be considered disproven unless: All 31,102 biblical verses are exhausted sequentially Each verse meets Genesis 1:1-level probability No verse remains unexplained 12. REWARD CONDITION The reward shall be paid only upon full performance. No partial credit. No probabilistic arguments. No theoretical objections. 13. GOVERNING LAW AND REVIEW This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States. Any constitutional question arising from public-school instruction shall be adjudicated by courts of competent jurisdiction, with final review resting with the Supreme Court of the United States. 14. SEVERABILITY If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force. 15. NON-RELIGIOUS ASSERTION CLAUSE This Agreement asserts a mathematical and statistical theory, not a theological doctrine. Acceptance or rejection shall be based solely on evidence, not belief. 16. ENTIRE AGREEMENT This document constitutes the entire challenge agreement. END OF AGREEMENT
